Last updated: March 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HitMRR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
HitMRR is a platform where founders compete to hit monthly recurring revenue (MRR) milestones. Users can create and join races, connect their Stripe account for verified progress tracking, and share their achievements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
4. Stripe Integration
HitMRR accesses your Stripe account data solely to verify MRR progress for races you participate in. We request read-only access and do not process payments on your behalf. You can disconnect your Stripe account at any time from your dashboard settings.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Manipulate or falsify revenue data
- Create races intended to harass or mislead others
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the service's operation
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you create on HitMRR (race titles, descriptions, profile information). By posting content, you grant HitMRR a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
HitMRR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of MRR data displayed or that the service will be uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
HitMRR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HitMRR after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
