When you use HitMRR, we collect:

• Account information (email, display name, handle)
• Profile data you provide (avatar, bio, startup details)
• Stripe MRR data when you connect your Stripe account
• Usage data (pages visited, races joined)

How We Use Your Data

• Display your profile and race participation on HitMRR
• Verify MRR progress via your connected Stripe account
• Send essential service notifications
• Improve the platform

Stripe Data

When you connect your Stripe account, we access your MRR data through Stripe's API with read-only permissions. We store aggregated revenue figures to track race progress. We do not access individual customer data, payment methods, or transaction details beyond what is needed to calculate MRR.

You can disconnect your Stripe account at any time from your dashboard settings, which stops all further data syncing.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your MRR progress is visible to other participants in races you join. We may share data with:

• Supabase (authentication and database hosting)
• Stripe (payment verification)
• Analytics providers (anonymous usage data)

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics, which does not use cookies or track personal data.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access and update your personal data via your dashboard
• Disconnect your Stripe account at any time
• Delete your account and associated data
• Request a copy of your data

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.
